I use and have used a lot of different hosts since 1993/4 and due to a few bad experiences, I am always sceptical when engaging a new web host. With One Smart Host, I needn't have had any concerns. They have a "Can Do" attitude and a really friendly and supportive approach to customers and business alike.

We first moved one of our websites to onesmarthost several years ago as a test site to see what the services were like. Then we moved our biggest site as our previous provider was complaining about the resources required to keep our site running. Aaron has been our primary point on contact and has dealt with our account in the time with onesmarthost. We've now moved all our sites to onesmarthost and are extremely happy with all aspects especially the support.

One Smart Host helped us move of our free resources web site. We were having bandwidth problems with another host, but thanks to to personal support from Aaron we're now running problem free. Many thanks for the continuing support, even on unrelated matters!
